PLEASE NOTE:  The only places left open for this term are for beginners only.
For students who have advanced though courses in 2023 or completed more than 3 terms with Chess Academy there is no school subsidy for this term  but Chess Academy is offering  BMG students a discounted term fee of $120 (instead of $186) to continue learning through our more advanced classes. These following programs are  for BMG students only and  are subsidised by the school. The fees shown are the portion for parents to pay, and should be paid directly to Chess Academy.

Year 1 to year 6 students only.

Students who have never played chess and are not familiar with the rules, should complete the short preparation course at www.playchess.com.au/learn/  or  https://academy.learnchess.com.au/  as a guest

BMG Chess Program Details for Beginners and Novice Players

Lessons : Eight (8) lessons this term.

Frequency :  One (1) lesson per week.

Lesson Duration : Allow 50 to  60 minutes

Lessons Format : Review, lesson, interaction, game play practice

ONLINE Class

ONLINE Class times :
Wednesdays from 24th July to 11th Sept. 2024.
Start Time : 6.00 pm

Lessons will be conducted through Zoom. Students will need to use a device with audio & video and internet access.
